the staff here were really friendly and made our stay enjoyable, and the beds were extremely comfortable which helped us feel rested before exploring places like the gallup cultural center and the navajo code talker museum, both within a two-kilometer walk from the hotel.

This hotel was a decent stop on our road trip. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially regarding our pet. However, the room showed wear and the noise from neighboring guests was disruptive. Overall, it served its purpose but could use some improvements.

I had a pleasant experience during my one-night stay, particularly enjoying the friendly and professional service from Joanna at the front desk. The pool and hot tub were excellent amenities for relaxing after a long day on the road, and the breakfast offered a nice selection, including waffles and an impressive espresso machine. However, the noise from the nearby Home Depot was quite disruptive during the night.

This place suits me perfectly. I love the free wi-fi, indoor pool, and friendly 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff kindly returned my forgotten earpods, making a great impression!

On the flip side, I was bummed that the pool was closed during my visit. Plus, I had to tackle some elevator drama and lingering charges that left me feeling a bit 'meh' about the stay.

We had a great family stay! The kids loved the pool, and we had a fantastic time exploring Fire Rock Navajo Casino nearby. Joanna at the front desk really made our visit special with her kindness and professionalism, making us feel right at home.

It was just a great fit for a little getaway in Gallup with great value for the money. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep after a long drive. Consider checking if the laundry facilities are available during your stay.
